Tatiana has been in the fitness industry for about ten years. She has worked as a personal trainer in various clubs and gyms throughout Chicago and has been an instructor of numerous fitness classes, including spinning and cardio kickboxing. In 2002 Tatiana was honored as a finalist in the Midwest Ironman Figure Championship. The following year Bally's named Tatiana Bally's poster model for its national campaign, "Get Your Body Started." Tatiana specializes in personal training -- designing specific programs to meet each individual client's fitness level and needs.

Tatiana has an educational background in physical education. She's Kickboxing and Johnny G spinning certified. She also has certifications in NASM and CPR.
